How can one person change the lives of thousands?

That is one of the questions of life we often face. How can I really change the lives of the people around me? Do I really make a difference? Do people even see me?

Look to "It's a Wonderful Life" as one example of a man whom doesn't recognize his own worth. He changed the lives of his whole town. Each one had a good memory of him that helped them find the right path to follow and help others. He saw the difference he made for the people when his wish that he had never been born was answered. We may not get the same chance but people around us notice what we do, even if we are the "wall flowers" the few who struggle to join into the conversation or make new friends.

Gary Morris in his song "You are the Wind Beneath My Wings" states that "it may seem to go unnoticed, but I have it all here in my heart." Family and friends see the difference you make and they love you dearly for it. They support and are grateful for the wonder and amazement they see because you are there.

The world may want to tear you down and change your perspective of yourself, but you should know that there is a difference each person makes that no other can. The ripple from one action can effect thousands to millions of people around you.

You may not be able to see the differences you make, but those around you can. Don't give up because you think you are not enough. That is never true, if you have the desire and the will you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. This is the truth and all man kind should know of it.

You Can make a Difference!
