Learn from the past,
Look to the future,
Live in the present.
We all have goals in life and we make the choice to keep them or to forget and not try. How can we change this? If we have a worthy goal why would we decide not to follow through?
We change by looking at ourselves and then making the effort to not look back. Look forward and decide now to keep going and doing the best you can. Every person struggles to change, the way to beat that is to keep trying the best you can. Every day take that step the right direction and find the courage to move forward to the goal.
