The advice here is pretty straight forward. If you keep working towards the goal you will see some progress come your way. It may seem small and unnoticeable for a short time, but you will look back and see that you have accomplished so much in the time you have passed through. Sometimes we don't want to accept that it is a slow process, but as each seed becomes a tree we have to have the patience to see the changes and the strength gained from the continued work.
