Life has a tendency to through prickles and thorns in our roads. We trip up on some rocks or stumble and fall as we try to run. This is normal and to be expected in life. The best thing to do after such a fall? Stand back up, brush yourself off and start walking again. Sometimes we find that we are afraid of falling again and we don't want to try. How do you get better if you don't get back up? How do you get stronger if you don't lift the weight?

Every person through out history has had a struggle they have had to overcome. George Washington had a war to win and had to figure out how to start a government, being the first head of the government. Abraham Lincoln had to fight the civil war and stand against all of the people who wanted to keep slavery. Moses in the Old Testament had to stand agianst Pharoah and try to free the Israelites. We have the examples of people who persevered and made a difference. We can do the same if we give ourselves the opportunity.

Keep walking and don't look back to where you were, look forward to where you can go. Just keep going and don't stay down.
