In the Snow

In the Snow there is a morning glow,
As in glow the wind does blow,
With the wind that does blow so does it grow,
That deceptive little pile of Snow.

In a moment the snow becomes more,
So much so that they can no longer see the floor.
But the light hits the snow whiter than before.
The world changes to something so much more pure.

In a matter of small time the world is made the same.
The white removing the blemishes made by the game.
All stand as equals in the soft powder frame.
The workings of God shout their fame.

Look out to the white and place there in yourself some,
Look to the Lord and see Him there say, "Come."
Feel the love envelope you and tell your feet to run.
Catch up to the Savior and with a hug announce, "I have come!"
