Happiness, a feeling of well being,
Joy, a eternal sense of peace.
Happiness come here on earth we are seeing,
Joy touches and tastes as find a small piece.

Happiness comes from a new game to play,
Joy, from going to the temple as much as can be.
Happiness from talking to friends every day,
Joy from being with your family.

Happiness can seem short and easy to forget,
Joy is long suffering and forever.
Happiness is here on earth, just a small bit,
Joy goes on always and will we forget? Never.

Happiness comes from small pleasures,
Joy from knowing our Heavenly Father.
Happiness fades with time, it may not reassure,
Joy never leaves and is never a bother.
